I've been playing a lot of Deadlock and really enjoyed it so now my head is full of mobas.
Destroy enemy towers(blue), kill enemies and farm gold in the farming locations to buy upgrades.
You win after destroying all towers. You lose if the enemies destroy yours.
Careful, the enemies also grow larger in numbers over time.
Controls:
Just click on your monsters (blue) and tell them where to go.
