You are a disease trying to infect every living being in the world.
By playing cards you can add certain effects to an enemy. When you have applied anough effects you can mutate cards to add symptoms that can damage your enemy
You lose the game when the enemy gets healty (regains full hp)
You win the game by inflicting enough damage to reduce their health to zero
Enemies will try to get healthier by playing cards of their own. Additionally, when the enemy manages to remove effects from itself they regain hp as well
