I like the vibes of this game. It feels like a treasure hunting game where you would follow clues to find the treasure, only this time the treasure is replaced by tiny creatures...and you exterminate them. I also like how each time you play a level (reloading, failing and retrying, etc.) the hiding spots for the creatures are different. Some of these clues are pretty clever, and they reflect the client's personality well, especially the kid in Level 2 who had descriptions such as "a boring room", "the smiley room", "the room with the fun carpet", to name a few. The AEUGH the creatures make before being squish sound satisfying to me, as well.
This was really fun! Really great artwork, sounds, music, and game design! I have a really bad memory so I started to struggle once I got to the third level (that's my problem, though, not the game's). Nice work!
Wow fun game! Love a clever puzzle, these were definitely difficult and were a good challenge~ Enjoyed the simple cute art, the little details like the characters in the rooms being animated, and love the dialogue from the phone with funny voices and the wiggly phone! it was a nice touch and made the transitions interesting~ Nice work!
The art is super polished, the voice acting cracked me up! I will finish the puzzles once I have more time, ADHD + ESL can't read ; ; But a really cool idea!!
@royur yes haha pretty hard but there's usually multiple information to help you find the right room, the smilling room is on one of the pictures in this game page  thanks for trying the game
A fun ghost hunting game. They explode funny when you find them. I am lucky that I speak a little English and was able to understand the instructions. Coolly decorated, stylish. The sounds fit the environment. How did you make speech sounds in your phone handset?
Thank you for the review ! We had a lot of fun doing the game ! I recorded each sample and edited on Reaper. The clock and the explosion are made by mouth, the speech from the phone is me taking different voices and saying random successions of random sylables ! The scan beep is a beep from my microwave with some effects lol
Amazing artwork, sounds, idea, and gameplay. The difficulty progression is well-balanced. The attention to detail is also amazing, all the locations have a distinct feel to them.
Really nice entry ! Our team enjoyed playing it all the way together. It's fun, effective, runs smoothly, well done team :) We also liked the sound design and the sprites were awesome.
That's a very cool idea. Finding the right place felt like a reward. I liked the visuals, but the perspective is weird. The audio matches both the visuals and the narrative. I loved it!!!
The best game I played so far. Charming graphics. Loved the mood, especially in last level. I played was holding my finger to remember the position. The difficulty had good balance. 5 stars.
Loved the game! 🕵️♂️🦟 Great graphics and funny sound effects make every minute fun. The levels are varied and there is always a challenge for memory - to find all the hidden creatures! 🧠🐞 I was especially impressed by the detail, both in animation and in sounds. The difficulty gradually increases, which adds interest! 🎮👏 Keep up the good work!
The game felt very polished and fun, you scoped it really well. Also, you got the difficulty right: the last 2 levels were quite challenging. The timer added to the tension but I never actually ran out of time, it's pretty generous.
Great job! Good luck to your team in future projects!
The sound design and pixel art are top-tier.
The game's hints are just enough to get a good idea where *they* are, and hunting them down made me really appreciate the love put into the level design. I noted that I didn't run out of time once, even with penalties for getting it wrong in a couple of places on the 3rd level. In fact, I ironically nearly lost at the tutorial as it took a minute for me to understand to click on doors to navigate the room.
Again, I really like these levels, they look cozy and the sound design (especially grandma on the third level) made each level feel like a different physical space. I love level 2 the best, it's very cute.
I had so much fun with this game. I really like the mechanic of looking for things based on the cues and hints. The art style is really cute and audio fits really well. The audio for finding a creature was really funny!
Really polished and well executed game with a high production quality. Figuring out the locations of the creatures was easy at first, but it got complicated with larger maps and more vague descriptions. The difficulty ramp worked well. The conversations was a nice addition, too.
I really don't have any feedback honestly. Well done!
Wow, this game is so polished! The pixel art is amazing, the difficulty is engaging... I liked the background music, too. Thankfully, it wasn't distracting me from the tasks. The voice acting was pretty funny. That poor kid, I hope he didn't get into trouble.
I ran out of time in one level and I noticed the hints were different. I thought the creatures were always in the same position, but it seems like that's not the case. I'm impressed you added that feature, along with everything else, in such a short time. I had a lot of fun playing this game. Congratulations!
And yes, I found them all! I hope they learned their lesson and never show up again, those microscopic monsters. Where did they even come from?
Whew, this was stressful but fun lol. I had so many wrong guesses in that last house 🤣 I love how the houses got bigger and the clues got more open to interpretation and vague, yet never felt like "well I never would've guessed that!" They all made perfect sense once I found them :D

A job well done for all of you!
Thanks for your review !!
I liked the visuals, but the perspective is weird. The audio matches both the visuals and the narrative. I loved it!!!
I love the per-level themes in particular.
Great job! Good luck to your team in future projects!

I'm amazed you had this much variety and so many houses in this amount of time. :scream:
Some of the hints got very complicated as you got further in and my brain got tired. LOL
I loved the feel of going through the doors, and the nice transition between rooms was a nice little detail.
The design and animation of the little creatures was my fav!! Really great entry.

One of the only games that got 5 stars in everything. It's definitely in my TOP 5 of LD56.
Awesome!
I'm waiting for more missions.
:D
Thanks for the experience.
