In a troubled kingdom, its people are gathering in factions.
If these factions attract enough members, they will be capable of overthrowing you, the king. Something must be done.
As the king, use your voice to lay blame on these factions for the troubles plaguing the kingdom.
Enraged, villagers complaining about this particular problem will attack the faction. Whether they are victorious is not of your concern. All that matters is the faction reducing in size.
Can you keep the size of the factions small for the period it will take your kingdom to solve all the problems?
Made in 48 hours by Sheepolution.
The town is made with Townscaper. The town is mine, the style of the buildings is not.
I am all for the rule that assets must be made in in the given 48 hours, but for the audio in this game that would have been quite the challenge, as I required the noise of a crowd. I did do a bit of sound editing (reverb, mono, volume) and opted out of the audio category.
* Market ambience by SoundsForStories
* Angry mob by bevibeldesign
* Clock tower bell taken from here, by klankbeeld
* Added a speech counter at the end of the screen - Commit
* Fixed that you could go game over mid-speech - Commit
* Fixed a rare error - Commit
