Goblin Quest

What a surprisingly deep game! There's an impressive amount of systems in play here and the visuals are great, awesome work with the goblin modeling! Asset pack or not, those environmental assets are well used and add to the immersion; well done :)

The goblins are so cute, yet evil looking at the same time. Great job. They fit with the rest of the environment too.

I liked the slayer the spire choose your path down the depths. I started out with the mischief goblin and got my second zap goblin. Shortly after that poor mischief goblin died and it was all down hill from there as the scaling of multiple enemies quickly overcame my one remaining guy. I think if I had maybe slightly better optimized my item usage I couldve gotten a little bit further, but felt pretty tough!

Game feel was good. Fun mechanics and item usage. Loved the music in the background of battles, really set the mood just right haha.

Haha, love the music! Overall, great quality for the time constraint!

Only thing I'll note is that the first combat was a bit confusing when playing in windowed mode (default on your itch.io link) - the "Start Fight!" is behind the turn indicator, so I thought I was soft-locked for a bit haha.

My second geblin was a beast so I got pretty far :D. I liked the music a lot, especially the goblin noises woven into it.

That was great. I loved the goblins. Nice job.
My first run I only had one friend. Got pretty far though.
Managed to get to the end on my second try. I had a full party and a ton of extra shields.
I was expecting a big bad goblin king on the final node so I was saving my items. Was disappointed.
Needs a restart button.

Super nice job all around. This game feels inspired by For the King and Peglin in all the right ways. I think the availability of shops was a bit sparse but overall this was really fun to do a few runs in!

The game’s a bit rough around the edges, but it’s cool overall. With some polish, it could turn into a pretty solid time killer.
