Drill la Drill

The animation after beating a level was really cool! It was a bit hard to see where you were goin when the drill was in the middle of the screen.

I really liked the gameplay, hard to see when you getting shot at. Can tell the effort put in was significant, good job!

I liked it, aesthetic and choses of colors, i especially liked the rotating fan / double blade obstacle it looked very good and music was nice!
One thing i missed is some kind of real time scoring system during gameplay.

Super fun !!! Wished I could see my score increase as I play. Difficulty spiked up quick XD

This is very impressive stuff, so many things accounted for with the crosshair and the hit location so you have time to dodge it. The boosts from the rings were a cool touch too.

I could've handled a little bit more difficulty but that is my only criticism.

Fun game! I liked that the main punishment for getting hit was a speed penalty as opposed to having to restart, while still encouraging avoiding damage by tracking your times.

Many cool things with this game. The game menu is original, the animation for incoming attacks are effective. I played until the boss fight and really liked its attack patterns. The various game elements make the experience more enjoyable.

Nice game ! The boss level was my favourite part because the shooting + obstacles + dodging bullets was a little too much for me, but i had a good time anyway =) The music is cool and the graphism are lovely, you did well !

Really nice approach of the genre, my only issue is that at some point, there was way too much going on the screen that it was overwhelming, but overall it's a pretty good game!

Played to the end. Quite fun, though I think the sound design could have had a little more work.

Perfect touch with the guns being stowed before it drills into the ground. That would have been immersion breaking otherwise :)

Flying around feels pretty solid, and the overall gameplay is smooth and clear. I liked the minimalist art style, though I gotta admit that the color palette on level 3 felt a bit wild. The shooting mechanics could be improved; the targets are hard to see, and incorporating some screen shake or hit effects might enhance the impact and make it feel more satisfying. Just a little adjustment to make it feel punchier. Overall, nice work!

The thing is liked the most is the movement. It felt really good and well polished. The boss was the easier one imo. The 3rd one was def hard and I think there should've been a boost option as well to boost past the fan wings. But otherwise pretty cool game for a game jam. Well done!
