Horrors from Underneath

This is my late post for Ludum Dare 57 so I am only posting this for the extra. I definitely had a lot of fun with this one considering I'm a bit more capable with Godot than I was 4 years ago though only been working with Godot for a few months. I learned quite a bit doing this LD and will probably write up a post mortem of sorts at some point to reflect back on what I learned. For now, I am going to take a break but would love any feedback! The gameplay loop with scanning and shooting was clever, and I enjoyed upgrading my stats between rounds. The sonar scanning felt a little inconsistent, but the main reason I stopped playing was because one time an enemy got very close to me, and when I tried to spam the missile attack, it wouldn’t launch. That annoyed me so I stopped playing even though I still had 2 lives left. I don't think the wave should reset after dying.
