How to play

Click an area to send a worker there, which will reveal parts of the layer underneath. If you have multiple workers, click on their portrait in the top left to select an active one. Once you've explored what you could on the current level, excavation of the next layer will start.

Upgrade your workers, take a look at what you find, and follow along the story.

Post-jam updates:

The two versions have exactly the same art and audio assets and storyline, but the gameplay loop was improved for the post-jam version. (Instead of always getting 3 workers, you now have optional updates and hires after every layer.)
