Post-Jam Note

Hello everyone,

We aimed high this jam and didn’t finish. That’s on us—we misjudged scope and ran out of time. We’re exhausted, but also convinced the idea is worth pursuing. The design came together in a way that made us want to keep going, so we will continue development after the jam.

The game

Archaeological research reveals paths to long-lost altars of forgotten gods. A cult quietly forms around these findings.
You operate at the dig site: engaging visitors to bring them into the fold, sustaining the excavation, uncovering hidden underground chambers, and collecting relics tied to ancient deities.

What excites us most are the experiences this game aims to create. While delivering the feel of a genuinely challenging puzzle game, we want players to experience the theme of discovery by making the act of uncovering the game’s systems a core part of play. Beyond those secondary elements, our primary goal is to deliver the satisfaction of careful planning through precise, finely tuned management. These are the reasons we’re determined to finish the game. We hope to complete and share the vision we’ve designed in the days ahead.
