Banana Craze

What have we come to as a society if a gorilla cannot enjoy his bananas in peace but must sell them for goods and services to make ends meet..?

Cool little game! I really like the gorilla animation - it's very simple but it does the job, conveys movement well. I also liked that you could go around the outside of the maze as a cool secret. One thing I'd change though is make bananas pickable during invulnerability frames, frustrating to walk through them with nothing happening. Regardless of that, good work!

Nice job! The basic gameplay seemed to work well, but I ran into an issue when I defeated a leopard and couldn't move past it, leaving me stuck in the maze.

Thanks for letting me know. I managed to patch that right before the deadline.

Its hard to attack. I wish I could like to throw banana at leopard hahahaha

@sted that is such a good idea, using the bananas you pick up as ammo! I wish I thought of that, thanks for the feedback!

This game was tough! I didn't realize I could hit the leopards but still tough. And the shop was a big help, but I still didn't beat it. Fun time though, great being spooked by the leopards around the corner.

Nice game! It always feels good to enter monkey mode and go bananas:) I never really got how to attack the cats, sometimes I managed and sometimes I did not. Over all, fun and enjoyable game, good job!

I like it - the graphics were retro yet clean, and the controls were easy to use. I could have used a better indicator for my gorilla's attacks, since I often missed and got mauled by leopards as a result. lol

Nice short game. Like others pointed out, I wish it was clearer to see the range of our attack, especially as it seems not to be working vertically?
I managed to clear the maze in my second try without upgrades, but I guess you ran out of time to make either more mazes or make it bigger.

I liked the style of the game, very enjoyable. The attack animation is very similar to the walk animation so it's a bit difficult if you're attacking or not.

Nice and funny small game. But it was really hard to attack.
And also web version works bad (I don`t know why)

I really like vibrant visuals and satisfying progression. Well done!
