The inspiration behind our game traces back to a classic handheld toy from our childhood. At first glance, it resembled popular gaming consoles like the Game Boy or PS Vita—but with one notable exception: it contained no electronics. Instead, it operated on a simple physical mechanism, using water and floating plastic rings to create engaging gameplay.

The objective was straightforward yet captivating: by pressing the buttons on the device, players altered the internal pressure to generate water currents, guiding the rings onto small pegs. Successfully landing all the rings meant victory—a victory celebrated not by digital fanfare, but by genuine, shared excitement. Much like the spirit of this game jam, the real reward lies in the joy of the moment—and we believe that’s what truly matters.

Of course, some of us occasionally took… creative liberties—giving the device a strategic shake to nudge the rings into place. While not always successful, it was always entertaining. And because that memory brought so much laughter, we’ve thoughtfully incorporated this playful “assist” into our game as well.

For a detailed look at the controls and mechanics, we invite you to check out the visual guide crafted by our incredibly talented artists. We’d also like to give a special shout-out to them—working alongside such a creative team has been one of the highlights of this jam.

Above all, we sincerely hope you enjoy playing our game. If it reminds you of your own childhood, we’d be delighted to share that smile of nostalgia with you. Thank you for your interest, thanks to the organizers, and here’s to a memorable game jam—we appreciate your support!

Oct. 7th 2025 10:46am World Time: Bad news everyone! We spotted an embedding unavailiablity in LD uploaded package. Since we missed the window of LD upload period, we decided not to reupload a functional package to fix this after deadline. Please head to itch.io to enjoy our demo, we didn't update there after deadline. Our apology.
