The surgery is happening right now, and it isn't going well.
The Reaper is trying to take your soul — he almost had you, but you broke free and you're running back to your body. Around you are the dark hospital corridors and his minions, patrolling the halls. You have to slip past them and find the operating room before your heart stops.
The only way you can see is through the beats of your own heart: each pulse briefly outlines the walls, the furniture, and the figures of enemies around you. But you only have so many beats — and every flash gives you away to the Reaper walking your trail.
