I got a good laugh out of this! Definitely a silly concept. It would have been nice to have some sound effects and an ending, but I still had fun with the game.

Very nice pixel art, did you do it yourself? It's a shame it's stretched horizontally, I would have tried to figure out how to keep the correct aspect ratio (like make the arena a square, and repeat the background texture to fill the space around it)

Funny entry! The gameplay is simple but quite fun. I think there's room for more dentistry-related mechanics (enemies, powerups, abilities, etc.) Overall nice job!
