MalWar is an incremental typing game. A wall of falling code creeps down your screen, and you fight it by typing attack phrases: big boom, savage crushing knockdown, HUGE BLAST.
-The last word of a phrase is the noun, and its length sets the damage. Every adjective in front of it multiplies the hit, so savage crushing knockdown hurts far more than knockdown.
-200+ attack words are hidden in the dictionary. Guess one and it is yours, along with some freed disk space. Dictionary lists the categories and how many letters each hidden word has.
-Freed space buys upgrades: a mechanical keyboard, compression, autocomplete, caps lock, a scanner that decodes hidden words, and sub-terminals that type for you.
Feel free to suggest your own phrases if you think something would be a particularly good fit. Thanks for playing!
