Six Chambers

by dejavu

Restore antique revolvers, one careful click at a time.

You run a small restoration shop in a modern city. People walk in with old revolvers their families kept for generations: jammed, rusted, loose and broken. You take each one apart, clean it, fix it, put it back together and hand it back to its owner.

Nobody fires a shot in this game. There are no timers and no way to fail. The only wrong move is a part that doesn’t fit yet.

How to play

Click the customer to take the revolver.
Drag the glowing parts. The hammer goes first.
Scrub, oil or swap what’s broken, then put it all back.
Test it and hand it back.

Mouse only. About 10 minutes. Sound on.

All code and assets are created during this jam. Stack: .NET 10 + WebAssembly + WebGL2.
Desktop builds could be buggy, prefer browser version.

Fun simulator! Honestly, with a few more mechanics and some balancing, it could totally be released on Steam! I'll keep that in mind, thanks!

Wow! This is exactly what I’d love to see on Steam in 3D 😍

I really hope you keep working on this project. It looks promising!

Wow! Very interesting! Absolutely stunning look and great vibe! The only thing is that sometimes I'm a bit confused as to what's going on. This was particularly noticeable with the springs and and oil (I think????), but I'm not totally sure, bc I genuinely wasn't sure what was going on. That said, really interesting and cool idea. Looks great!

@septah Thanks! I wanted to add different guns, but ran out of time 😅. I'm already working on them for the post-jam version!

The meticulous process of taking these antique revolvers apart and putting them back together is such a unique and relaxing concept. It has a really lovely, meditative pace to it, focusing entirely on the precision of the repair.
