Silhouette Skater

This is my web based flash game called Silhouette Skater.

The player must use the mouse to place the ramp in the correct position to ensure the skater makes it over obstacles.

Please don't be too harsh as I only started learning flash 8 days ago in order to take part in this and future Ludum Dare's.

Please post your lowest death count below to make a score board. :-)

Love the background colors. For a 8 days of flash its pretty good. I found it extremely challenging on a touchpad for a mouse. Not sure how well it works with an actual mouse. My death counts was in 20s seconds in the game. lol Well done.

same as Kite said, it's difficult with an actual mouse as well :-)
didn't found the D theme in there... expect of the many "D"eaths i "D"ied in it.

I liked the graphics and gameplay.. it was strangely alot like what I had in mind for my boulder game.. you control the enviroment to affect to control the character.
It gives me incentive to finish work on my game.
I finished it, it had an oldskul feel and was fun to play.

There are some issues with the controls.. it is hard to tell when the mouse pointer is about to go out of the screen.. .. might be better leaving the curser visible.

I like the graphic style, but it's hard to know where is your mouse pointer and lessen the fun. Nice idea

Ahh, so that's how it works. I was playing in the main menu ans wondering why nothing was happening.
