A mix of Lode Runner's digging and Dig Dug's digging.
This was a hasty work.

Uh... It's a game I want to like, but I just don't get how to play! :D I'll try it a bit more...

same here, can't really get anywhere in the game :) and when I try to rotate the cube, the red cubes catch me before I know how or what !
