You are stuck in my basement and have to flash the ghosts that appear (left mouse button).
Real World aspects : It's really my basement, and I play the ghost... :)
Sorry there is no sound but I have to go to bed now...

One important tip : Play in a darkened room, your eyes adjust to the lighting, otherwise it may be too dark to play. It's scarier in the dark, anyway! :)

One more thing : If you hit the QUICKPLAY button (on GAMEJOLT), you can play the game without downloading it first. I mean, you still download it (of course...), but then it just starts... cool, eh ?!? :)

O that was kind of cool. I thought like o this is kind of cool looking around his basement... and then it was lk BAM here i am and i took a picture but it frightened me but then after a while you get used to it well i say that but after 2 ghosts there werent anymore. Nevertheless i though the ghost was quite cool but the whole light flash off, my only critism is that there was no sound and i think it would have really benefited(been more scarier) with some sounds

But what happened? Didn't the game work on your computer, or did you just not like it? Please tell me, I'm curious !:)

Yeah, I thought it was kind of cool, too. :) I'm glad you enjoyed your stay, kind of...
Sounds are missing because I ran out of time, that's too bad as I'm a musician, actually. Well, at least kind of...
Anyway, I'm still ashamed of that, must do better next time.
Also, a post-LD version will surely feature sound, maybe you'll check it out again ?!?

Haha! Great idea! The room was pretty small, it might make it creepy to add some view obstacles, or a closet. Some places the ghost could potentially spawn that you can't see easily!

You can never see where the ghost spawns as he does so outside the room, then he comes creeping towards you...
But your idea is good, he just might look at you through the window or peek behind a closet before attacking...
Post-Compo version will be soooo scary ... ! :)

Fun, but I did not really get the point of it. But the mood was really good, and I hope you are happy, you made me jump out of my seat when the ghost appeared

If you jumped out of your seat, you did get the point ! :)

Hint : You can flash the ghost by pressing the left mouse button (if you look at him directly), and then he goes away. Later, another ghost will appear, do the same to him ect. until they get you. The point is to get a hiscore by flashing as many ghosts as possible! :)
