Homebrew game console (WIP)

I went *very* low-level for the mini LD :)

I revisited a project that I started more than a year ago - a home made video game console.

Quite a bit of engineering went into it prior to the mini LD, but I did manage to actually get it outputting video to the TV for the mini LD (taking extra time). And I definitely learned some things along the way :D
