Playcanvas Translate/Rotation Snap Userscript

This userscript adds a checkbox to enable/disable snapping and dropdown to select which unit you want to snap to.

This should be useful if you've made modular assets that are also snap unit sizes.

Rotation is not perfect, but still can be useful.

I had already made this before the jam, but I needed to update it during the jam because some of the IDs changed so maybe it still counts.
