When I enter Ludum Dare Jams and Mini Ludum Dare Jams, I don't really ever want to make some absolutely crazy that stands out. For me, as someone who is still learning a lot about making games everyday. Just making something basic that works (kinda works) is good enough for me. I am sure in the future when my skills are much better I will do something a bit more creative.
For this I just created a basic Pong game and added some particles that will be used as trails. I also added some buttons using Unity 5 new UI system (Just as a test). I added some Basic AI which is unbeatable, but was more of a test and if I had more time to work on this I would make it beatable.
This isn't the prettiest game of Pong but as someone still learning. I am happy with it.
