Freeze

We've played so many games in old times. Freeze Tag is one of the most popular of them so, I choosed it for my first Ludum Dare game.

In this game, we are IT and we try to freeze as many children as we can before timer runs out(not anymore).

I made some changes in the game using some of the feedback i got.
- Instead of timer, now we lose the game if the majority of the children is unfrozen.
- Added a freeze beam which freezes everyone in a straight line and players have 5 uses of it in standard modes.
- Added a main menu which we can select difficulty including Infinite Beam Mode!
- Made some changes in character assets.
- Made little changes in environment and UI.

I like that they swirl around when I get close to them in a last minute dash to get away. Score: 16742

Nice little game, very cute. I like the freeze beam and having the win condition as the majority of children being frozen, I think they both add a lot.
