sorry guys... do any of you have a way of me storing this game and its data so you could actually access it? none of the (free) sites I've tried have allowed me to either upload or play the .exe file!!!
hi!!! I think I've sorted it now... Download the zip file, extract the game click on the music game folder and then the music game app... (it was easier with a c64... you started the tape, waited 20 minutes and then played the game!!! =^.^=)
The idea for the game is great, but I hopped that the idea was used a bit better. Way do the piano keys not say any sounds? If they did you could have learned the player a simple melody.
But okay the music included the game is actually really great. The idea is overall great. So well done.
thanks for the comment jk5000... my idea was to learn to recognise notes rather than have the keyboard active... if I was to develop the idea i'd have actual music appear rather than the letter names...
Hey, I tried your game and enjoyed it quite a bit~ I made a video talking about your game, amongst others, so I thought I'd share it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MpV7SdOgIUk Thank you for your effort and keep doing what you're doing~

And please change the link to https://hovinarri.itch.io/music-game .
I personally think the melody sounds best when kept on the piano. It helps to cement the theme of learning the notes.
Nice execution to a simple game.
