You may need to run XNAComponentSetup.exe if you experience crashing at launch. The included component installer will check all required dependencies (XNA 3.1, .net 3.5 SP1, and DirectX).
Otherwise simply run LD19.exe and have at it.
Gameplay premise:
You're a robot created by a somewhat angry scientist, whose sole
purpose is to collect hats for the sake of discovering the
secrets behind them (Yes, this IS a long shot for the theme,
but it was so vague...). Jump on tanks to steal their hats,
jump on hatless tanks to kill them.
Tanks get faster if they run through the level once! They can also
pick up loose hats!.
Some tanks drop crates with potentially useful powerups!

There are 4 levels, 3 difficulty settings, high scores, and
some options. Ho boy!
Controls: Arrow keys to move, up for jump. Stomp on the tanks for hats!
