The game is barely playable, but in essence you must gather resources from a planet surrounded by flying electrons that attack you, in order to build a spaceship to escape. When you reach 10000 ore, you win. If your base dies, you lose. Buildings require power in order to be constructed. Deflectors DO NOT WORK.
