You are a young explorer on an island trying collect the missing DNA parts scattered around it. You must observe the behaviors of different animals in order to choose which one you wish to take as a companion.
That was my original design, what I ended up with wasn't quite what that but I've really enjoyed working on it these past two days. There are only two turtles to observe and depending on which one your pick will allow you access different parts of the island.
Controls: wasd to move around hit tab to cycle targets hit 'T' in order to take an animal companion when next to it
Whenever I hit tab in your original version, the game screen would go completely blue. That made it quite difficult to rate. :P I did manage to get it to work once though (somehow). The game is a good start, but it could be improved if you moved faster! I felt like a turtle... and when I picked up a turtle I felt like a super turtle.
It is a cool idea and the graphics are not at all bad. Good start.
