I was busy, so it's not quite finished(expect post-LD updates).
The Game is what it sounds like. But with a twist.
Instructions are not functional, and when you loose, the game crashes(adding game over ASAP). So the instructions are in the screenshots. A few debug shortcuts are still live(don't press q, or you will likely loose).
For me it crashes every few seconds. Maybe I always lose after a very short amount of time but there is not good enough indication on how to avoid that. Or maybe there are some more bugs.
++ For a very literal theme growing interpretation. But definitely - for abusing the 2 Button control theme... :-(

It's kinda silly and I like it. It just needs to be less cynical. :)
