Shape Shifter is a racing game. Your speed is controlled by how accurately you choose the shape that was flashed. Guess correctly and shift into high gear and win the race.

Controlls: W, A, S, D = Up, left, down, right.
Mouse turns left or right.

Press W, A, S, D when you see the shape in that direction flash to go faster. Guess incorrectly or not at all and you will be slowed down. Hit anything on the track and you will be slowed down. Good luck!.

You have to include the Data_ folder for the game to work. I made this mistake last time :)

You should make tutorial or at least include controls in the description and also you can delete those *.pdb files from windows build.

Speed seemed to disappear at some point and AI cars a little clueless, take on the theme was a quite literal with the shapes shifting you into higher gear :? had fun winning though, nice game

In definite need of a tutorial/set-up and I wish you would have made the 3D models more detailed. I applaud the effort in trying out a new mechanic though.

Very difficult to steer with only mouse. Would've been nicer if the vehicle shifted into the chosen shape. Congrats on finishing a game tho!

It was pretty frustrating that hitting the walls negated 10+ correct choices and send me back to 10 sped. :-( The racing was fun though!

It's a different interpretation of the theme for sure. It's a bit hard to maintain a high speed, but games are not always meant to be easy :-)

You don't see racing games often in Ludum Dare, so kudos for making one anyway. The cars (?) feel very floaty though and the game overall has an unfinished feel to it.
