IF YOU COMMENT, PLEASE SAY IF IT'S FOR THE JAM OR THE POST-JAM VERSION!

That way I'll be able to tell if some parts mentioned in feedback have been addressed already (especially helpful if a piece of feedback could technically work in both versions).

Version available:

- Windows (Jam) - the original build, sent for Ludum Dare

- HTML5 (Jam-like) - hosted on GameJolt; while made post-Jam (I needed to make some fixes due to platform differences in GameMaker), the experience should be basically like in Jam Windows version

- Windows (post-Jam) - the most recent post-Jam build for Windows, supposedly superior to the Jam one

- HTML5 (post-Jam) - the most recent post-Jam build for HTML5, hosted on itch.io

Please rate the Jam versions (as that's the one that entered the Jam), but provide feedback for the most recent post-Jam version, if available (as that version might already address some issues with the Jam version, making that particular feedback not much useful). Similarly, should someone want to make video playthroughs, post-Jam version gameplay gives me more valuable feedback than one for Jam version. Thank you!

----------

A game where you start out with nothing, and need to get things from a vending machine by putting things inside and receiving whathever the machine transforms them into, with a little help from a highly literate amphibian and yet-to-be-drawn hoarding assistant dragon. There's some logic behind this game, but I'll leave it for you people to figure out. ^^

Sadly, I got that idea near the end of the second day, past halfway through the Jam (and I had exhausted myself a bit programming for my initial concept). Thus, the game is very unfinished and full of placeholders, but the core logic seems to work and as far as I know, can be completed (where by "completion" I mean hoarding every single type of item; that might take a while).

I'd like to expand upon that at least a bit in the few following days, mostly in order to *replace the placeholders*. >.< Possibly add a few more items to torture you people with as well. All that would be available in HTML5 build too, so that even Mac users won't find safety from The Incredible Vending Machine, either. Cue evil laughter etc.

Most of all, have fun! I mean, if you don't have fun, it'll likely mean you didn't advance too much in the game... ^^'

Also, not that THERE ARE NO SAVES YET! So if you want 100% completion, you need to do it in a single run.

--- CHANGES ---

2016.04.28, 23:53 - gaaah, tutorials are a pain! Made a half-hearted attempt at tutorial, with an intent to improve upon it later. Really, though, I've got to catch up with playing the games of others.

2016.04.23, 23:27 - added a solid bunch of indicators and buttons to the vending machines; also, implemented some experimental UI additions to streamline the game, if only a bit (in response to one of comments)

2016.04.22, 01:09 - added the first post-Jam Windows build, which mostly adds some graphics/animations improvement for Richelle, including but not limited to Richelle herself; no HTML5 build, though, at least until I figure out how to have two parallel releases playable (Jam build takes priority)

2016.04.19, 20:37 - added HTML5 build, called "Jam-like" because while it's been uploaded post-Jam, the experience should be basically the same as playing Jam Windows build on Windows machine
