INSTRUCTIONS

The goal in NEONAUT is to reach 50.000 credits by doing TRADE CONTRACTS.
Select a TRADE CONTRACT on the NAVIGATION CONSOLE of the ship.
You can travel at IMPULSE speed or HYPER speed.
To complete the contract in the allotted time it is advised to travel at HYPER speed, but there will be a chance to be ambushed by SPACE PIRATES while traveling at HYPER speed.
PIRATES stop you from traveling by JAMMING your NAVIGATION CONSOLE.
Use the TACTICAL CONSOLE for manual control to defeat the PIRATES.
MOVE with the WASD keys in the TACTICAL CONSOLE to avoid enemy fire while lining up the shots of your AUTOMATED laser cannons.
The TACTICAL CONSOLE shows the RADAR as well as all vital ship functions including WEAPONS, ENGINES, HULL integrity, LIFE SUPPORT and OXYGEN.
When any of these break it is advised to repair them swiftly, especially during combat.
The time during combat slows down when not in the TACTICAL CONSOLE to allow for repairs to be made during combat.
Repair your ship by walking up to the damaged hull or machine and pressing and holding SHIFT.
The structural integrity of your ship will collapse if it has 5 ruptures.
OXYGEN will only start to drain when LIFE SUPPORT is broken, once this happens any rupture in your hull will increase the amount of oxygen that is drained per second.
Because your ship is old it will occasionally break when interacting with objects.
You can interact with the NAVIGATION CONSOLE, TACTICAL CONSOLE and the CASSETTE PLAYER by using SHIFT.

02-09-2016 Uploaded a bugfree version of the game, still one thing missing which I had to disable for it to work namely the tutorialy/introductory part. Will add it soon. Will write a how to play section here tomorrow.
30-08-2016 There's a loop in the game somewhere, too tired to fix right now.
On Chrome it eventually goes past the error and you can play a bit more but the error breaks the game. Will fix after good nights sleep.
