I decided to make a humourous war game. The theme is lightly referenced in the story, but not in the obvious way.
It's a very simple mechanic: you choose which bears to send on missions to try and turn the war into your favour. The rest is mostly like a visual novel.
I ran out of time again so there are a few things missing, in particular a few art assets. I had a ton of fun making this game though, so definitely one to continue working on.
Oh and the Bears versus Beaks concept is a continuation of another LD game I made, see here: http://ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-34/?action=preview&uid=1407 . This is totally canon.
