Alright, hey there !
It's my fourth Ludum dare, first time trying the compo.
I also had my first experience of streaming, which is quite intimidating at first.
So about the Game :
I went for something close to a Slither.io/agar.io, but instead of killing people to grow, you duel them in matches of 3 differents games (RockPaperScissors,HeadsOrTails or the Prisonner's Dilemma). Each duels last 3 rounds and each rounds give/take some points to/from one or both players, the player loosing the duel get to pick the game for the next round.
Now i lost A LOT of time with networking and in the end I couldn't even host my server, so if any of you kind souls happens to have a server that can run a light(36kB) windows exe for the judging period, that'd be great.
I wish I had more time to work on the UI which lacks a lot of animations and feedbacks, I'll try and work on that this week, just for training purposes.
Also no Sound.
I'll share with you the Clients and server in case you want to set it up for yourself and some friends.
It was super fun, but I don't think I'm going to do another multiplayer online game in my next jams because you either have to have some players there all the time or do AI, which is long and tedious. But i learned a lot during this Jam and I walk out Happy.
