Ghost Drifter

At first I was like, "oh wow, these controls are great. Nice and clean, i'm getting a good lap." - and then I realize i'm racing my ghost and i'm like "oh no, i'm so screwed."

great game! Clean it up with some mode7 or other graphics, and this could be mad awesome!

So tough! I like the controls -- taking corners feels goood. I think if you polished up the presentation a bit you could have a real slam dunk here! I'm going to go try again :)

This is really well designed! The core mechanic is brilliant and the controls are great. Love how it balances out your increased knowledge of the map and skill with the controls with the constant increasing difficulty of keeping up with yourself. The adding boost pads as well are a clever way to manage a previous excellent run.
It's tutorialised well too!
The only thing it needs is audio and a lot of graphical juice and things, then this could be really neat
