Keep the exe and the exe._Data files together.

Added Resizable Window..forgot to check the box the first time.
Added Code in Play.cs, fixed game breaking ability keeping players from playing again.
New features cannot be added yet. They will be added to the PostLD branch on GitHub, then merged with the master branch after the judging ends.
