Speed Skier

A lotta fun! I enjoyed the little "ow" at the end. The acceleration feels nice and smooth, I just wish the music had a quicker feel to go along with it.

Great visuals, I am an avid skier so this was a nice experience, I think you should increase the turning circle because when skiing you can pretty much do a 90 degreee turn really quick, but other than that great job!

I liked the game! It feels polished, the little ski track effect is adorable! I agree with the others who are saying that your ability to control your turns isn't the best, and it would be cool if your turns slowed you down a little, like real skiing. Also, it would be nice if restarting the game after dying was quicker. Overall, I liked the atmosphere and it was a fun simple game.

I liked it! Nice touch having the music gradually speed up, it adds to the feeling of getting faster. As mentioned, the controls feel a bit too heavy, but most of the time, you can avoid obstacles, so it was okay. Nice work :D

I liked it very much, it feels like a remake of the old Windows skiing game. The only thing missing is the abominable snowman ;)

The controls are too tight in my opinion since I ran into a few situations where I started turning as soon as I saw an obstacle but couldn't avoid it.

Fun little game. Has a SkiFree vibe to it. It was a little short, just as I was getting into my stride I reached the bottom. An all round good entry. Great stuff.

Hey, I made it down the mountain. Good amount of challenge without going overboard, which is a tough balance to pull off in something like Ludum Dare. Gameplay and art felt a lot like SkiFree (in a good, homage-y kinda way), but gameplay offered something different. The music speeding up was a nice touch - things felt more urgent as you went faster. The hitboxes felt a tad bit unfair (not extremely so, but I crashed a couple times where I thought I had more space), but that's my biggest criticism.

It's way way way too slow to start with but once some speed gets built up it gets pretty fun

Really good level, I loved the game flow, it starts slow but it gets very quick, I loved, pretty good idea, very simple but really fun I played for a good amount of time, I liked great job !

Nice entry :) I like, how the music gets faster and faster, but it is a bit monotonous. I think the game would really benefit from some randimly generated levels. All in all nice work!

It is a really solid game. My only complaint is that Abominable Snowman didn't chase you down and eat you. Other than that Great Job!
