You are bitcoin millionaire Bill O. Henry. Having made your fortune, you've decided to retire to the country. Still, being the naturally competitive sort, you want to make the biggest, best farm in the neighborhood.
To have a plot of land produce, it just takes time and water. You can use canals to bring water from the river, or dig some wells. Those wells need power for their pumps, though. You can get power from the central line, or spring for some solar cells.
