I like clickers so muuuch.... It's a nice game.
Maybe you could had the number of what items you've already bought, like "4 old house, 3 cars", etc...

I don't think that this satisfies the theme too much but I have a weakness for clicker games, so I guess I liked it :D

At a first sight, I didn't like it very much.
But after a little, I was surprised of the clicker implementation and the nice work of tuning you did in your entry. Maybe, the pixelart were unpolished but it's nice for a ludum dare entry.
I had fun and I think it's pretty on theme.
Nice work, think about a post-jam release!

It's actually a really nice game, I surprised myself playing it more than I was supposed to :). You manage to create a peaceful atmosphere with the combination of the audio, the graphics and the gameplay.

The fact that you put "just a carton" as the last item is a great idea because I was really curious to see what interraction was associated to that item, but I think I would have liked a real ending. Good job :)

Decent art and I like the tune that plays, would be nice like kalavecy said to have a number next to the things you bought to tell you how many you bought. Maybe also place the house on the field with the tree and when you buy a new boat/house it upgrades on the tree screen. I didn't understand the dating aspect at all, you just answered yes/no and then you never see those people again or the helicopter..

@Grewoss Tried to play the game but sadly it says I'm missing a dll, OpenAL32.dll, if you can provide it I'll certainly give it a try (have no idea what that dll is supposed to be for but if it's safe I'll it), I always have a firefox tab with cookie clicker on it xP

Nice game! I couldn't see any reward for the flirt, just wonder is there? Also there is no need in clicking after first few houses, I think it's common to add power to clicks as well.

i wanted to implemented a few more things(including those you mentioned) but ran out of time :/

I love the clicker genre and you nailed it! Sure it's simple but does it's job, and the dating aspect is really nicely integrated. The music is smooth and soft, maybe the only one I didn't deactivated in the LD games I've played so far. The graphics are cute.

Nice mix, there's still some room for improvement like others have said and myabe a bit of rebalance with the prices but overall it's great.

Addictive in a classic way clicker game, nice. Props for using SFML, love that stuff, used it several years ago myself. Well done, especially for a compo entry!

Only thing I would add to make it better is scaling up the clicks. After having enough to buy a yacht, it didn't make as much sense to click. Again, thoroughly enjoyed! (stopped only after I was at over 2000000 hearts/sec) xD
