Scarecrow (Farming + FPS Horde Mode)

The sound effects really creeped me out!

Interesting game. The sounds where cool. especially with headphones on.

The game is fun, I like it, but you have an obvious issue with balancing. Even if you land headshots all the time you will not have enough money to purchase any seeds before the start of 3 round, but the 3 round have so many zombies that it is really difficult to plant anything. For this reason, I barely experienced a farming part even if I know that it is there.

Haha, precisely why its incompatible! What you could do is leave 1 zombie and do your farming :D

Fun to see someone else's take on a farming shooter! I think this is a promising start to something, and I really like how all of the farming forces you to look down and put your gun away so zombies can sneak up on you. I agree that it's probably a little too hard currently and it might be nice to start the player out with a few seeds so they can start farming even in the first rounds.

Cool game. I really liked the bushes that hid the zombies and how risky it is to plant seeds. Well done!

Very simple graphics, but still nicely stylized. The idea, though, is quite interesting. As others said, needs some balancing for sure, but still a good entry!

I've played until the 3rd round. It's really hard at the second round and I think the growing of the plants should be faster. Because I have left one zombie, planted all my seeds and waited a felt long time until I could harvest and than I killt the last zombie.
Nice concept but needs more polishing and balancing.
Maybe it would be also cool if you can plant weapons or trees which blockades the zombies or better.
Sometimes I freaked out as a zombie came through the bushes. xD

The mood and creep factor with the simple figures, dark level, and especially the sound, had me going for a while! I ended up using up most of my ammo before I finally managed to plant some seeds and by then the zombies got me =) I would have liked to have played a bit longer but some FPS games with smooth movement gets me motion sick and on top of that I am so used to inverse Y axis on the mouse that I kept aiming in the wrong direction =) I would recommend adding a WebGL compile in the future as it will probably attract more players. Good effort and well done!

Great sound in the game. The graphics were basic but good enough for a LD JAM game. I had fun playing the game but didn't get very far. Maybe the initial difficulty could be easier. Maybe add more Zombie sounds so you know when they are sneaking up on you.
