⚽☠️ The Game

Slay the spheres in this thrilling and extremely broken Collectible Card Game and Real Time Shooter mashup!

A xbox controller is recommended, but WASD+NM or ARROWKEYS+CV will also work.

🕹️ How to play:

Each wave starts with playing cards!
Pick cards with left and right, and play your selected card by pressing (A)/C/N. Playing a weapon will swap out your current weapon if you have one. Playing a healing card will restore health. You cannot heal at full hp. You cannot play a weapon that has already been equipped. You can only play one weapon per round.

When no more cards can be played or the player exits out by pressing (B)/V/M the game will start after a short delay. Move around with left joystick and shoot with (A)/C/N.

Top left is your score.
Below that is your current wave, and below that is your current health.

Once you die a summary of your run will be shown. Press (B)/V/M to return to the main menu.

🐞 Known bugs:

lots of em, looots of em
I'll make a proper list tomorrow, if I understood them right now they wouldn't be there in the first place. Will probably make a postjam version with fixes and a little more content, but who knows.

- Game kind of dies after first death. No guarantees the next run will work properly. Card collection gets messed up.
- You can play more than one weapon during a round if you play a healing card in between.
