Welcome to City Limits. Where you have to build the largest city possible with just 16 city plots and 3 minutes.
Place down a wide selection of buildings in your city to try and get the most people and largest income possible.
Each building either likes or dislikes being next to other types of building so you have to be extra careful when planning where to put your buildings.
