As the newly appointed major of your town, you need to make sure to remain popular enough to win the next election. Luckily there is plenty of free space to build what the news demand. At least for a while...

The Windows (XNA) version is the original compo version of the game. The other versions were ported after the deadline but are otherwise unchanged

The XNA version of the game version requires XNA Redistributable 4.0. It is probably better to use the FNA Version even with Windows because installing XNA on modern windows can be annoying.

This one was really fun, it has nice graphics, good soundtrack. This game is absolutely awesome, I'll definitely play it again in the future.

Really really good! Took me a while to figure out that you need to click on the newspaper to build houses and other stuff.

There wasn't really enough time to read the newspapers, so I had to just plop down anything I could fit and hope for the best. Also wasn't really sure what to do once the map was full. Bulldozing things sounds like a bad thing, but it wasn't clear if there was a penalty for using that ability.

Nice realisation of the theme ! Really fun also. I didn't quite get the conditions to build some of the stuff though, as the game was a bit to frantic for me to pause and ponder ^^ Some more explanations would be nice, but still, really, really good stuff there.

Really cool idea! As for others - took me a minute to realise clicking on the newspaper actions a build. Other than that - amazing execution! Can't imagine what graphics would fit this game better, the audio did its job well, my game wasn't obstructed by any bugs and it introduced an interesting challenge that kept me captivated (until i lost). Good work!

Plays really well, managed to survive for 6 years just about. The feeling of running out of space is captured perfectly.

Fun game, I love how fast each month goes by, which forces you to act right away. It fits the theme well too when there's no more space to build~
I managed to be elected for 6 years.
