Lore ---- Your clan lives to protect the people of the floating Isle. Lately the Moantain people starting "sacrificing" the people by sending them of to the hole in the middle of the Isle, or as they call it, sacred wholly-pooly. *angry face*.
Don't lose a soul!
Instructions ------------ The instructions can be found on the start screen as info "bubbles" on the icons and text. Be sure to read it as it disappears once you start playing the game.
Here is the general idea: It's a tower defense game. Mine stone to build towers "Rescue Centers". refer to the info "bubbles" in the start of the game for more information.
The idea was to restrict the build of the rescue centers to the grass areas only.
Still having troubles? ###################### Trouble placing rescue centers? Click on and hold the rescue center button and drag and drop the rescue center on a piece of grass where the sacrifices travel.
Theme Applicability ------------------- The whole game is about sacrifices that "must be made". Not by the player, but by the the "enemy". This is accentuated by the *angry face* text in the lore. The DAYS info bubble (at the start of the game) further accentuate this with the 'at 5am' text. There must be a strong feeling of "MUST" to do this at 5am each morning...
I played this, and you explained the lore, but there was no sort of guide on how to play the game. There is just two buttons which i don't understand what they do. Also i don't really know how this fits the "sacrifices must be made" theme, when you are trying to avert sacrifices.
The game doesn't seem to work. I clicked the "rescue center" button, but nothing appeared on screen, and I had no option to do anything after. I mined stone, did it again, nothing. Eventually, guys walked to the middle of the screen, and despite building three or four invisible rescue centers, they died. Game over. Then, when I replay, the remaining guys are still on screen and die almost immediately. No idea what's going on. Interesting idea and a nice 8-bit graphics style, though.
Thanks for the feedback dob. I noticed now that I should have made the rescue center button to click and place instead of drag and drop :( Would have been easier to know how to play. The mining has a cooldown. The dark image replacing the button was intended to convey that it is on cooldown. A loading spinner would probably have been beter :/

Sorry that you couldn't really play the game.
