Resolve events and develop strategies to save as many citizens as you can
Specialize and upgrade your medic through the talent tree
Survive 6 shifts
And take a rest... before trying again ?

If you want to play the Web build WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO PLAY FULLSCREEN, while unity embed player is weirdly stretching the screen causing UI bugs...
