Don't pay with your life is my 2D platformer with rpg elements, created for the Ludum Dare 44.
In search of wealth you have to make your way through the dungeon. Collect as many coins as you can, fight opponents or try to get past them.
On your way you can collect new equipment and discover secret hidden places.
But be careful: If you go too far, it will cost you your life.
#### Controls: ####
* Move Left + Right: A+D or Cursors left
* Jump: Space
* Attack: Ctrl
* Confirm: E
* Cancel: Q

* Improved dialog system (bugfix, confirm and cancel with keyboard, auto-close when player moves on)
* Improved combat system (you see when enemies are going to attack - so you can time your attacks and avoid getting hit)
* Improved item pick up system (closes automatically dialog when player moves on, items don't collide with player)
* Lighteffects added
