I loved the noises the pirates made during battles, very funny! In my opinion, the battle system wasn't intuitive at the beginning, and once I figured it out, I didn't find it very fun and it felt repetitive. Also, once I was walking on the island, I couldn't find a way off. Very good game any way :)
YaRrr ! Good game overall, with music stuck in my head :p. A bit sad that the duels are mostly there to make you lose time (a bit grindy when you have limited time and few healing) as fleeing then diggin' up tomb is far more profitable. Got the 50 lives after my 4th try :p. I got stuck for 5 minutes trying to understand how to land : You need to crash on the island (collide with the ship) then speed down (the 3 sails must be down), then you can press space to land. And q to go back on the ship. (got some time where I had -6 h and was still alive tho)
Nice little game. Sailing around was fun, even though it took me a while to figure out you had to come to a stop in order to land on an island. I died at the first enemy who was multiple times stronger than me, which wasn't very nice, but overall good job
Gameplay was a little confusing a first, but it was quite fun once I got use to it, until I got stuck on an island with nothing to do and no idea how to get off...
I have had comment about not being able to land on the islands and getting off of them. You need to "crash" in to the islands take your sail down and then press SPACE. To get of from islands you just need to press Q.
really fun game, sailing around was great as was the dialogue, great job. I had trouble getting onto islands as well, maybe add a pop-up that says if you can enter the island when slowed or something. Great job so far!
It’s much fun to play. But it would be so much easier to play and I think it would get a better rating and more people would play it if you could play the game directly in the browser.
That was some pretty difficult fights right off the bat. I have no idea how to win against a similar strong AI, maybe they had a pattern I was missing. But a very solid game with multiple different game play loops. Good job!
Really cool game! The attential to detail with the sails going up and you having to 'brake' before going onto an island was really cool! The fighting system was a bit repetitive because there wasn't much variation between the fights. Other than that I had a fun time!
Swing to victory! Which in my case was the Devil's sweet HELLO! First time I played I sailed around because I forgot what button going to shore was. 10/10 would swing sword at people and go to hell anyway. Great concept and game!
Its a fun little concept, Did encounter that it was hard to get to the islands though, something that should definetely be fixed for if you do anything more with this :P
Nice game! I like the dialogs and ship controls! I forgot about the controls / key binding once I was in game though. So having an on screen reminder would be nice. Other than that, great job!

I did have trouble being able to land on the islands, as the controls weren't very clear, but the concept of this is super interesting :D
