Life is Food is a small runner game where you can catch some food but be carefull, if you only feed yourself witn only one type of food you're likely to die.
Oh wait, you can also go to the fastfood or the gym. don't forget to rest sometimes.
The art style and animation is really good however, there is little to no challenge scaling that hooks the player. Making the decision between life and score more prominent would be a way to improve.
I really like the art style and animation. I think the idea for the game is good, but maybe it would be better if you take damage more quickly because games are quitte long now. I also enjoyed the soundtrack.
Damn that soundtrack is rocking! Also love the visuals, especially the changing background. Would've loved to have some parallax effect in the bg, but works mighty fine as it is. And YES, that character's munching animation is great!
I liked the art and the overall look of the game. It takes a bit too long for something to happen and I didn't really understand the goal. It would be nice to see more differences in the healthy and the non-healthy food.
Nice game and nice take on the theme, I didn't feel like I had any control over what happened though, when I took only the fat path I got fat and died. When I took only the skinny path I got really fat and died. Nice graphics and sound.
The art style is pretty nice, but it felt like I had very little control in the actual gameplay. The character would seemingly jump for no reason and I ended up getting stuck in front of a ledge with no option to do anything.
Haha I love that eat animations. I actually like the art in general. The gameplay itself was onestly a bit boring though, but a pretty cool game nonetheless.

The game is fun. The first time I tried I fell and the game just continued increasing my score non-stop. Not sure if a bug or the game doesn't have a death screen when falling off screen. I had to reboot the game to try again.
@shunaky, @oktarian, @sangemdoko you three had the same issue, this is a bug caused by a bad level-design, i put a jump just before an invisible generative rectangle that i use to generate the world. Aaaand there is no screen death when you fall :(
The art is is definitely the better part of this game experience. I Really liked the animation and the mimic of the character.
I played the web-version and I had the feeling that something was wrong with build. My health never decreased and when I fell off the map, the game kept going until I refreshed the page. Didn't really understand the gameplay loop or what the aim was. The theme itself was a little obscure as well regarding the target theme.
I really like the art and concept you've got here! The music definitely fit the game too, it really tied everything together. The controls felt a bit wonky though and most of the time while playing (even after 5 different run attempts) I encountered quite a few bugs where the character would jump when it felt like it wasn't supposed to and not jump when it was supposed to. Overall though, I enjoyed it, well done!
the next path mechanic was a little wierd -- would be better to allow jump when player sees the platform -- i liked getting a big belly -- thanks for making it
I honestly didn't like not being able to control the character myself... What if I want to just eat junkfood all the time? I don't want lettuce... You have some nice artwork and animation, so perhaps improve the mechanics to make gameplay more involved.
the game somehow fitq the theme but tbh i don't understand the point of it, where are we going ? what's going on ? ... also, almost everytime i started a run i fell into a hole and that was it, stuck and have to reload the page
