Overall, quite a fun game, I do have some improvements that could be made. With Rigidbody, you can lock rotations. This could help you as your cube seems to jitter a little bit when it moves. Another point to make is that enemies can spawn on you. To fix this, when you randomize the location of the enemy, check how far that is from the player and if it is too close, randomize a new location just to stop enemies spawning and doing damage instantly
