_May 2nd 2019: To take into account your comments, we decreased a bit the difficulty, made the timer more visible and you can now use WASD or ZQSD to move the characters :) _

Cool concept and use of the theme! I hit a variety of graphics and gameplay glitches that was causing the screen to flicker and reload randomly? Not sure if I was doing something wrong, but I couldn't get fullscreen to work with it accepting my inputs. Really loved the art style and audio, great job!

Love the concept, and the initial twist was fun. I think I got caught in a loop after the second part of the first stage started, unless I'm just missing a puzzle, but I enjoyed what I played!

Hello @zactical , thanks for testing our game!
In fact, glitches and flickering are a normal behaviour of our game, sorry it disturbed you :( And yes, stage reloads because you play the coin the second time.

Thanks @paragonraptors for commenting! Oups, when talking about loop, you mean you weren't able to play all 3 stages? No there is no puzzle :(

Oh my god. I wasn't very into it the first round... but then- oh man. that was incredible. Absolutely a wonderful job all across the board. Great game.

Edit: I'd suggest changing the controls from arrow keys to WASD, because the arrow keys would scroll the HTLM5 page downwards making it difficult to play.

The first round that I played the only weird thing I thought was why I was slashing coins, but then it turned into a nightmare inducing experience, and I loved it! Seriously though, the parts where I was the coin was terrifying, pretty much horror-like, there's a geniuine sense of fear when I get caught running in circles with the amazon slowly gaining on me. Its one of the best entries I played so far and I'm surprised you don't have more than 20 votes yet

First I thought it was a traditional game where you run around and collect items with a limited amount of time. Then WOAH! My biggest problem with the game was that it was too short - which is a great thing! There were some minor issues, like not having a sprite for running downwards and upwards, not having more levels, and the fact that there's not much of a learning curve (the difficulty is pretty much the same at the first and last levels). However, overall I enjoyed it quite a lot, and I wish you all good luck next Ludum Dare! :)

Haha solid scoring game all across the board, you guys did great! I started playing because the title/art/reference caught my eye, stayed for the music and then oh damn... things got dark real quick. Great work, I loved it!

I was not expecting that at all ! I was completely surprised. I find that music is very appropriate. I was panicked during the dark phase. Good appropriation of the theme!
I just have a small comment about the level design : the game becomes easier as you progress, when the game area increases. Excellent work

Kind of similar to our theme but more horror and definitely with more polish. The horror aspect came as a surprise and it was shocking but gooood! The levels were difficult but doable with little mechanics the timing came out to be just perfect to cover for that. Even though it's a joke about games it left a strong impact. The sounds, the screen changes, they were perfect. Engaging, heartbreaking, brutal, with nudity, like a good HBO series. Applause!

Cool gfx, cool music! First level was easy to master -- while it really was fun. After finishing the first level, something weired happened: the theme switched and this appeared to be a glitch in the software first... but maybe you intended it this way. Anyway, I did not know how to continue the game.

The idea of the switch to being a coin was very cool. The end credits were also very funny. Great soundtrack and sound effects. Nice teamwork!
