Wasn't too sure what was going on at first, built a tower on the far left and then got instantly killed by an enemy. However after figuring out how the game worked I had a really good time! I loved the idea of unpacking multiple platforms on top of one another to make strategic towers for your allies. Great work!
This game is great! I really enjoy your ideas for enemies, it was lovely and so cool! Also idea with building next and next floors was great. Music and controls was also perfect! Well done! :)
Nice game. I really like the art and its fits the music well. Although maybe have some kind of charge phase before goombas spawn because I had no idea when they would land and they come in so fast. Really nice game and concept though!
I liked playing the game. The visuals are simple, but it fits the game perfectly. The game is easy to learn. It would be great that once you build building high enough, you are able to go on a next screen, maybe higher in the atmosphere, or even space.
Good game art are cool, enemies and boxes are too much random in my taste, first game many enemies and no boxes, second one no enemies until 120 seconds. Great concept anyway!
Great game, and I think it would be better if both the player and monster had health point as well as adding the amount of monsters, by the time now it is too easy for the player to die without having any mistakes (the Goomba falling from the sky wouldn't give you any reaction time). BTW, good job!
Lovely little game! Spent quite some time with it. The controls are great, the visuals are nice. Randomization was a bit odd but I'm not sure if that's a bad or a good thing. Non the less, it's a great entry! Congrats!
so basically, after playing for a while i make my defences pretty strong and i can just keep on playing and playing? is this intentional or was it undiscovered? :P whatever it was i enjoyed it ! :D
I felt like barely any enemies were spawning, and when they did spawn they were instantly killed. I like the idea of strategically building the towers to fight the enemies, but I agree with @dotadash that the hardness is increased too slowly and prevents me from wanting to play again to see the more entertaining action that happens later in the game. Nice assets, art was cute and music was playful.
Nice graphics, interesting game. I included it in my Ludum Dare 45 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/ckBb1ej2CB8
