Well, we had some cool themes from first three polls. They didn't make it to the final one... So we spent two days brainstorming the rest 15 themes, and got some cool ideas for 10 of them. They didn't make it.

So jam starts, and apparantly our artist doesn't know how to sleep properly, so we wasted half of the first day doing nothing.

So okay, we gathered togather (finally), gave the theme a good old thunk and began our work. Code had a ton of bugs, artist was always forgetting about what he needed to draw, and the whole 3rd day we were debugging html5 version of the game (it is not presented as an option here, so...). Music guy is cool though.
So basically we made this in 1.5 days. A platformer with guns, robots, bosses and NOTHING. Cool.

Controls:
WASD, lmb to shoot, Space to warp, alt+enter to fullscreen

Hmm your GML has errors... Next time you might wanna put the file in a compressed ZIP so windows doesn't say it's a 'threat'.

From the screenshots of the game I can say it looks great! Keep the good work up.

@pranavftw d3d error. unfortunately thats on your side. the only way to fix it is to disable it as far as i know. might be wrong

Worked for me. I had a hard time playing it as the window was so tiny and I couldn't find a way to fullscreen or enlarge. I did make it to the end, though (and what a funny and abrupt ending! xD)

@pranavftw whoops, wrote it wrong. i meant to wipe it from the code. there is nothing you could do unfortunately. this error has something to do with the type of graphics card you are using.
if i will be able to contact my coder before the time ends we will upload another version without shader.

Okay, the game has some cool mechanics to it, overall a fun play. I do wish I could have made the window bigger, it was a bit hard to play with it so tiny. If there was a way, I missed it somehow.

Really fun game! I also got an error running shaders-version (but I'm running with Wine on Linux).

Reminds me of Vvvvv for some reason. I really like how you can switch with spacebar mid-jump basically to avoid those spikes. Gun/bullets seemed a bit out of context visually, and kind of too big for the guy and his gun lol.

All in all, nice work :)

Actually, I really like it! If only jumping were easier, heh. I love these post-apo-futuristic style and the transitions to the NOTHIG mode. And yes, music is cool, very appropriate.

Good art and gameplay. Theme was nicely implemented. Had to load the no_shader version because my chrome won't even download the other one, just saying "Failed - Virus detected"

Using the shadow in the "nothing-verse" is a great idea and gives it a nice look and feel :)

Don't want to give the ending away , so I won't , but nice! Things got more interesting once the gun came into play. Great stuff, it's a bit like when Frodo puts the ring on in LOTR and sees the ghost world. Would be cool to see this development more. Lots of potential for puzzling / action.

Wow, this is so all over the place, but fun anyway. I love the art, switching to the "nothing" place is a great idea and shooting feels very rewarding. The final fight is really well done!
